How is aah jewelry made?
We hand-select high-quality natural crystals and stones in combinations that work well for your situation or zodiac sign. Then, we bind the crystals with sterling silver findings to make jewelry that is both strong and beautiful. Aah maintains a variety of stones and silver findings so that each piece is uniquely made. Most bracelets are strung on nylon-coated stainless steel cord, while necklaces can be strung on stainless steel, leather, or silk cord.
How does aah prepare its jewelry for holistic health?
We cleanse each piece by laying it on a bed of herbs. This gently draws out any residual undesired energies. Then, we energize it in the warmth of the afternoon sunshine or--when available--the light of the full moon. Finally, we program the jewelry by directing energy into it while verbally stating its intent. This "intent" is provided to you as a written meditation.
How long are the bracelets?
Most bracelets are around 7 inches in length, although some slight differences can occur due to the unique size and shape of the beads that are used. If you desire a specific length, just let us know and we'll create a bracelet length that is perfect for you.
Am I buying the exact bracelet I see on your site?
No. Each bracelet is made at the time of order--no assembly lines here! The variety of stone and silver beads is amazing and everchanging, so aah reserves the right to create your bracelet with the variety available at the time of your order. Rest assured...your bracelet will contain high-quality natural crystal and stone beads and sterling silver findings, and will be healthful and beautiful, to boot. If you'd like, we can e-mail a picture of your actual bracelet prior to shipment--just ask.
Could aah design something specifically for me?
Absolutely! With just a birth date and a list of goals/issues, we can research and intuitively select a combination of crystals that can provide the healthful encouragement you desire.
How long does it take to create a custom piece of jewelry?
Depending on season and workload, the jewelry is generally completed and shipped within a two-week period. If you have a specific date in mind, please share and we'll do our best to meet your needs.
How do I place an order?

How are your orders shipped?
Jewelry is packed in a small kraft jewelry box, then placed inside a padded envelope. Our preferred shipping provider is the U.S. Postal Service. As a standard, we send our packages using First Class postage, which typically delivers in 2-7 days within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship globally at this time. If you would like insurance or require a quicker delivery, please contact orders@aahdesignsjewelry.com and we can provide you other shipping options.
How do I care for my aah jewelry?
You'll want to take care of your jewelry, removing it before showering or swimming. Your sterling silver will gently patina over time. If you prefer it to have a shinier look, you can buff it with a soft cloth. To cleanse and energize the crystals in your jewelry, lay it in the early-morning or late-afternoon sunshine, or in the light of the full moon. This can be done on a windowsill if the weather is especially warm or hot. Take care not to leave your jewelry in the sunshine for too long as natural crystal color can fade with too much light!
My bracelet has broken. Can I get it restrung?
Yes--no worries! Restringing generally costs $5 and can be done within a week. Contact orders@aahdesignsjewelry.com for more details. While our stainless steel cord has a breaking weight of 40 pounds--stronger than cord typically used for jewelry crafting--it can wear over time, especially when exposed to water or chlorine. It's best to remove your jewelry when you shower or swim or any other time in which it could experience prolonged water exposure.
